	The Casa Blanca de Mar villa is located directly on the ocean in a gated community with access controlled by owners and guests. 	The villa suite is on the main floor overlooking both the infinity pool and ocean. Two bedrooms, one with queen bed facing pool and ocean. The second has three twin beds. The suite hosts a large living and dining area, a full kitchen. One full bath. Pantry has an ironing board and iron. Shelves for food and "overflow items." Dishes are furnished. For easier vacationing, we suggest you bring paper towels, plates, and cups.

	No smoking or pets are permitted. Both Americans and Mexican people reside here, providing you the best of both worlds!
